Arrival
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to settle in. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service—think of it as motivation to be on time for your hair’s sake.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, kindly provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Last-minute changes or no-shows may incur a fee—because our team’s time is as valuable as your results.
Health & Safety
Your well-being comes first. If you’re feeling unwell or have had a recent illness, please let us know so we can reschedule your visit. We maintain rigorous sanitation protocols for your safety and peace of mind.
Mobile Devices
We invite you to unplug. Please silence your phone and other devices upon arrival.
Children & Guests
To maintain a serene environment, we ask that you do not bring children or additional guests to your appointment unless they are receiving a service.
